摘  要:本文采用水热纯化耦合乙二胺溶剂热两步液相化学方法,以商业红磷为原料成功制备出黑磷/红磷(BP/RP)异相结,并将材料用于可见光降解四环素研究。实验结果表明,商业红磷经过液相两步反应后,在原来的红磷相表面原位生长出正交晶相的黑磷纳米晶体,从而得到BP/RP异相结,异相结中BP含量约为3(wt)%。与RP相比,BP/RP异相结表面丰富的-OH、-P=O和P-O-P官能团,有利于目标污染物的吸附,同时拓宽了在可见光区的吸收范围并产生更多的光催化反应活性中心(·OH),在催化剂加入量为0.01g、四环素浓度为20mg·L^(-1)、可见光照射3h条件下,四环素的降解率达到60%,与纯化后的红磷相比,光催化反应速率提升了12倍。In this paper,the black/red phosphorus(BP/RP)hetero-phase junction composites were successfully prepared from red commercial phosphorus by hydrothermal purification coupled with ethylenediamine solvothermal reaction.Degradation efficiency of tetracycline was studied by using BP/RP hetero-phase photocatalyst under visible light condition.The results showed that the orthogonal-phase black phosphonate was grown in-situ on the surface of the original red phosphorus phase after the two step liquid phase reaction.The content of BP in BP/RP hetero-phase junction is about 3(wt)%.Compared with RP,the BP/RP heterogeneous junction is rich in-OH,-P=O and P-O-P functional groups,which is conducive to the adsorption of pollutants,and at the same time expands the absorption range in the visible region and generates more active photocatalytic reaction centers(·OH).Under the conditions of 0.01g catalyst,20mg·L^(-1) tetracycline concentration and visible light irradiation for 3h,the degradation rate of tetracycline is nearly 60%,and the photocatalytic reaction rate was 12 times higher than that of the purified red phosphorus.
