摘  要:针对新疆油田某致密气藏在开发过程中易产生严重的水锁损害现象,通过分析不同因素对岩心水锁损害率的影响,并结合防/解水锁处理剂的优选评价,研究出了一种适合该油田致密气藏的防/解水锁处理剂FSJ-3,并对其防/解水锁效果进行了评价。水锁损害影响因素评价结果表明,岩心初始含水饱和度越低、黏土矿物含量越高,水锁损害率越大,而随着实验流体矿化度的增大,岩心水锁损害率则先降低后升高;复合表面活性剂FSJ-3能够有效降低水溶液的表面张力,并能有效改善岩石表面的润湿性能,推荐10%FJS-3作为该油田致密气藏的防/解水锁处理剂,在饱和地层水后的天然岩心中反向注入2PV防/解水锁处理剂FSJ-3,可使岩心水锁损害率降低至25%左右,达到了良好的防/解水锁效果。In view of the serious water lock damage phenomenon in the development of a tight gas reservoir in Xinjiang Oilfield,by analyzing the influence of different factors on the core water lock damage rate and combined with the optimization evaluation of water lock prevention/release treatment agent,a water lock prevention/release treatment agent FSJ-3 suitable for the tight gas reservoir in this oilfield is studied,and its water lock prevention/release effect is evaluated.The evaluation results of the influencing factors of water lock damage showed that the lower the initial water saturation of the core and the higher the clay mineral content,the greater the water lock damage rate.With the increase of the salinity of the experimental fluid,the core water lock damage rate first decreases and then increases;Composite surfactant FSJ-3 can effectively reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution and improve the wettability of rock surface.It is recommended that 10%FSJ-3 be used as the anti/anti water lock treatment agent for tight gas reservoir in the oilfield.Reverse injection of 2PV anti/anti water lock treatment agent FSJ-3 into the natural rock core after saturated formation water can reduce the core water lock damage rate to about 25%,Good anti/anti water lock effect is achieved.
