近20年中医流派研究知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的通过知识图谱可视化分析近20年中医流派研究领域的概况、热点和研究趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2001年1月1日-2021年4月30日收录的中医流派研究相关文献。采用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献核心作者、研究团队、研究机构、研究热点及趋势进行分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果经筛选,共纳入中医流派研究文献1086篇。近20年该领域发文量总体呈递增趋势,其中2001-2005年处于起步期,2006-2009年逐步增长,2010年之后进入快速增长期。以姜德友、王庆其、张京春等为代表的科研团队,及以南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学、北京中医药大学、中国中医科学院为代表的高校和科研院所是中医流派研究领域的主要力量。国家中医药管理局设立中医流派传承工作室等资助项目对该领域的研究起到较大的推动作用。近年突现关键词有“龙江医派”“旴江医学”“旴江喉科流派”“浙派中医”等。结论中医流派研究领域近年来逐渐受到关注,目前该领域研究热点主要是学术特色总结、学术思想整理、临床各科应用等方面,各流派间相互学术影响、流派知识的信息化及流派人才培养等方面可能是今后研究的重点及趋势。Objective To analyze the general situation, hot spots and frontiers of TCM schools in recent 20 years through the visualization of knowledge graph;To provide reference for related research. Methods Literature about study on TCM schools was retrieved from CNKI from January 1, 2001 to April 30, 2021. CiteSpace software was used to analyze the core authors, research teams, research institutions, research hotspots and trends in the literature,and knowledge graph was drawn. Results After screening, a total of 1 086 research articles of TCM schools were included. In the past 20 years, the volume of publications in this field has generally shown an increasing trend, of which 2001-2005 was in its infancy, gradually increased from 2006 to 2009, and entered a period of rapid growth after 2010. The research teams represented by Jiang Deyou, Wang Qingqi and Zhang Jingchun and universities and research institutes represented by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences are the main research forces in the field of TCM schools. The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has set up the TCM school inheritance studio and other works, which have greatly promoted the research in this field. In recent years, prominent keywords include “Longjiang Medical School”, “Xujiang Medicine”, “Xujiang Laryngology School”, “Zhe School of TCM” and so on. Conclusion The research field of TCM schools has gradually attracted attention in recent years. At present, the research hotspots in this field are mainly the summary of academic characteristics, the collation of academic thoughts, and the application of various clinical disciplines. The mutual academic influence of various schools, the informationization of school knowledge, and the training of genre talents may be the focus and trend of future research.
