艾灸贴刺激安眠穴对拟行甲状腺手术患者术前睡眠质量及焦虑状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸贴刺激安眠穴穴位对拟行甲状腺手术患者术前睡眠质量、焦虑状态及术后恢复质量等方面的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2021年1月西南医科大学附属医院收治的84例拟行甲状腺手术的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组(n=41)和对照组(n=43)。干预组采用安眠穴敷贴艾灸贴干预,对照组不做任何干预。在术前2 d和术前1 d清晨分别收集两组患者的状态焦虑量表(SAI)评分及核心版共识睡眠日记(CSD),术后72 h后每隔24 h分别收集两组患者视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分,术后72 h收集患者术后恢复质量量表(QoR-15)评分,并计算患者的住院时长。结果干预组患者在术前1 d使用艾灸贴后,与对照组相比,其术前睡眠质量得到改善(P<0.05),SAI降低(P<0.05);干预组患者术后QoR-15优于对照组,术后第1天VAS评分更低。结论使用艾灸贴进行安眠穴穴位刺激后,甲状腺手术患者术前睡眠质量得到改善,焦虑程度降低,有利于患者术后恢复。Objective To explore whether Anmian point stimulation with moxibustion paste can improve the sleep quality and anxiety state of patients before thyroid surgery,and to explore its effect on the quality of postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 84 patients scheduled for thyroid surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from November 2020 to January 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into intervention group(n=41,moxibustion paste intervention),and control group(n=43,no intervention).State anxiety inventory(SAI)and core consensus sleep diary(CSD)of the two groups were collected in the morning 2 d and 1 d before operation.Seventy-two hours after surgery,visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were collected every 24 hours for a total of three times.Postoperative quality of recovery(QoR-15)scores were collected 72 hours after operation.And length of hospital stay was calculated.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had improved preoperative sleep quality(P<0.05)and decreased SAI(P<0.05)after the usage of moxibustion paste 1 day before surgery.And the intervention group had better postoperative QoR-15 score and lower VAS score 1 day after operation.Conclusion Anmian point stimulation with moxibustion paste can improve the preoperative sleep quality of patients scheduled for thyroid surgery,reduce their anxiety and facilitate the postoperative recovery.
