摘  要:为了研究掘进机截齿磨损性能的影响因素,需要制备短时物理机械性能相对稳定且成本低的试验岩石样本替代天然岩样。通过对石膏和细砂固体混合物进行巴西圆盘劈裂实验,以不同物质含量、配比方法、制造工艺等因素对抗拉强度的影响,对磨损现象进行了研究。结果表明,随着细砂体积含量的增加,试验样本的抗拉强度呈下降趋势,当细砂体积含量达到40%左右时,抗拉强度趋于平稳。In order to study the influencing factors of the wear performance of the roadheader picks,it is necessary to prepare test rock samples with relatively stable short-term physical and mechanical properties and low cost to replace natural rock samples.Through the Brazilian disc splitting experiment on the solid mixture of gypsum and fine sand,the effect of different material content,proportioning method,manufacturing process and other factors on the tensile strength were used to conduct in-depth research on the wear phenomenon.The results show that the selection and proportioning of sample materials,sample preparation process,test process and analysis of experimental data provide a test method for evaluating wear performance indicators.As the content of fine sand increases,the tensile strength of the test sample shows a downward trend.This experiment provides a powerful reference for the research of related experiments in the future,and has broad application prospects.
