摘  要:配电网的铁磁谐振过电压严重影响电力设备的安全稳定运行,已有的消谐方法难以适应不同网络结构。分析了铁磁谐振过电压特征,借鉴有源滤波器技术思路,提出了中性点电压控制方案,经单相有源逆变器向系统注入零序电流,将中性点位移电压强制为零,抑制铁磁谐振。仿真结果表明,该消谐装置能够正确判断出基频谐振和单相接地故障,且只需短时作用即可有效抑制铁磁谐振,实现柔性消谐。Ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage of the distribution network impacts the safety and stability of power equipment.The current harmonic elimination method could not adapt to the different structures of the network.This research analyzed the ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage characteristics.It drew lessons from the technical idea of active filter and proposed a neutral point voltage control scheme to restrain the ferromagnetic resonance.The simulation results show that the harmonic elimination device could detect the fundamental frequency resonance and single-phase ground fault.This device can restrain the ferromagnetic resonance and realize flexible harmonic elimination immediately.
