摘 要:目的建立清肺利咽颗粒UPLC指纹图谱,为清肺利咽颗粒的质量控制提供方法和依据。方法采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC),色谱柱Waters Cortecs T_(3)(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.6μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.35 mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为245 nm、280 nm。结果建立了清肺利咽颗粒UPLC指纹图谱,共标定了23个共有峰,并指认了其中12个共有峰,12批次清肺利咽颗粒的指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上,聚类分析、主成分分析显示12批样品聚为2类。结论所建立的指纹图谱分析方法全面、稳定、可靠,可为清肺利咽颗粒的整体质量控制提供方法参考。Objective To establish a method of fingerprint for Qingfei Liyan granule by UPLC,which can provide a reference for the quality control of Qingfei Liyan granule.Methods UPLC method was adopted,which was performed on a Waters Cortecs T_(3)(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.6μm),with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid by gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.35 mL/min,column temperature was 25℃,and detection wavelength was set at both 245 nm and 280 nm.Results The UPLC fingerprint of Qingfei Liyan granule was established,23 peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks,12 of which were identified.Good similarities were found in the established fingerprint through similarity analysis.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that 12 batches of samples were clustered into 2 groups.Conclusion The established UPLC fingerprint of Qingfei Liyan granule is comprehensive,stable,and reliable,which provides a method reference for evaluating and controlling the overall quality of Qingfei Liyan granule.
