摘  要:在淮南花家湖中设置3个采样点,于2017年9月至2018年8月分春、夏、秋、冬4个季节采集浮游甲壳动物样品,进行群落结构及季节变化分析。结果表明,检测到的浮游甲壳动物共7属10种,其中浮游甲壳动物生物量在秋季时最大,为0.09mg/L,以剑水蚤幼体、简弧象鼻溞、微型裸腹溞、短尾秀体溞为优势种;在春季时生物量最小,为0.001mg/L,以简弧象鼻溞为优势种。浮游甲壳动物中,枝角类的生物量普遍大于桡足类的,总体以剑水蚤幼体的生物量最多,为0.04mg/L,占总生物量的36%。In this research,three sampling points were set up in Huajia Lake in Huainan.from September 2017 to Au⁃gust 2018,samples of crustaceans zooplankton were collected in the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn and win⁃ter,then we did community structure analysis,and seasonal change analysis.The results showed that a total of 10 spe⁃cies of crustaceans zooplankton were recorded.Among them,the biomass of crustaceans zooplankton was the largest in autumn,which was 0.09mg/L.Thermocyclops spp.,Bosmina coregoni,Moina micrura and Diaphanosoma brachyurum were the dominant species.The biomass of cladocerans was generally greater than that of copepods.In general,the bio⁃mass of Thermocyclops spp was the largest,which was 0.04 mg/L,accounting for 36% of the total biomass.
