摘　　要：中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设,对课程改革和创新提出了更高的要求。该文以微藻培养技术课程为例,从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、评价体系方面介绍了课程改革创新的具体内容,并提出了课程发展规划意见和目标。通过微藻培养技术课程改革,为高职院校相关课程改革提供经验和参考。Higher vocational college and specialty construction with Chinese characteristics put forward higher re⁃quirements for curriculum reform and innovation.Taking microalgae cultivation technology course as an example,this paper introduces the specific contents of curriculum reform and innovation from the aspects of teaching objec⁃tives,teaching content,teaching mode and evaluation system,and puts forward the opinions and objectives of curricu⁃lum development planning.Through the curriculum reform of microalgae cultivation technology,it provides experi⁃ence and reference for the related curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges.
