摘  要:提高直接空冷凝汽器大风工况下的换热性能对于保证其安全和经济运行具有重要意义。以600MW直接空冷凝汽器为研究对象,研究了在进风筒下方加装消旋装置对空冷单元换热性能的影响。设计了8种进口消旋装置,并对其结构参数进行了优化。结果表明,加装消旋装置可改善风机进口气流畸变现象,缩减进风筒内旋涡的范围,有效提升风机通风量,大大提高空冷机组换热效率。在4m/s风速下,加装消旋装置使空冷单元总换热效率提高了1.02%;在16m/s风速下,总换热效率由75.29%提高到80.55%。采用双曲线型消旋装置高度为4m、进口直径为7m,出口直径为5m时,空冷单元的换热性能改善幅度最大。It is of great significance to improve the heat transfer performance of direct air-cooled condenser under strong wind condition to ensure its safe and economic operation.Taking a 600 MW direct air-cooled condenser as an example,the effect of a novel eliminating vortex device on the heat transfer performance of the air-cooled unit was investigated.Eight kinds of eliminating vortex devices were designed and their structural parameters were optimized.The results show that the installation of eliminating vortex device can suppress the air flow distortion at the fan inlet as well as reduce the range of vortex in the air inlet duct,resulting in the improvement of heat transfer efficiency of the air cooling unit.Under the wind speed of 4m/s,the overall heat transfer efficiency of the air cooling unit with the eliminating vortex device is increased by 1.02%.At the wind speed of 16m/s,the total heat transfer efficiency increases from 75.29%to 80.55%.The optimal structural parameters of eliminating vortex device include 4m of height,7m of the inlet diameter and 5m of the outlet diameter.
