摘 要:以某电厂国产早期型燃煤发电机组为例,对其参与电网深度调峰后出现的再热蒸汽温度低现象及其对机组安全性及经济性的影响进行了详细的论述及分析。基于汽轮机热力计算方法,对机组在深调负荷工况的排汽湿度进行了计算,结果表明,机组在90MW负荷工况、再热蒸汽温度470℃时,排汽湿度为3.7%,在安全范围之内。对再热蒸汽温度对机组运行经济性的影响做了估算,结果表明,再热蒸汽温度低影响机组煤耗上升约5g/(kW·h)。As an example of an early unit of some power plant,The phenomenon of low reheat steam temperature after its participation in deep peak-regulating of power grid and its influence on safety and economy were discussed and analyzed in detail.By the method of thermal dynamic system calculation of steam turbine,the exhaust steam wetness at the deep peak-regulating condition was calculated.The result shows that the exhaust steam wetness was 3.7%at 90MW load and 470℃reheat temperature.The effect of reheat steam temperature reduction on unit operation economy was also estimated.The result shows that it affected the coal consumption of unit to rise about 5g/(kW·h).
