摘　　要：1Cr10Co6MoVNbN钢是一种新型耐热钢,该钢是一种马氏体不锈钢,通过向1Cr13钢添加Cr、Co、Mo、V、Nb等多种合金元素,引发铁素体基体晶格畸变而强化基体,该钢具有较强的抗氧化性和热强性以及高温抗蠕变等特性。通过对1Cr10Co6MoVNbN钢进行热处理,测试其耐高温抗氧化性、线性热膨胀、平均线膨胀系数,观察微观组织,对该钢进行深一步了解,积累相关技术数据,进而更好地发挥材料的特有属性,满足材料在不同方面使用要求。1Cr10Co6MoVNbN steel is a new type of heat-resistant steel,which is a kind of martensitic heat resitant steel.By adding Cr,Co、Mo、V、Nb and other alloying elements to 1Cr13 steel,the ferrite lattice distrtion is induced and the matrix is strengthened.The steel has strong oxidation resistance,thermal strength and high temperature creep resistance.The steel belongs to the domestic steel,lack of relevant refeence technical data,this paper through the heat treatment of 1Cr10Co6MoVNbN steel test its high temperature oxidation resistance,linear thermal expansion,average coefflcient of linear expansion,observe the microstucture and other related physical and chemical inspection,to further understand the steel,accumulate relevant tachnical data,and then better help to play the unique properties of the material,meet the requirements of the material The material is required to be used in different aspects.
