摘  要:介绍了核电站汽水分离再热系统蒸汽调节阀结构与工作原理。利用Fluent软件对蒸汽调节阀流通能力和流致振动进行模拟,并与相应试验结果进行对比分析。模拟与试验结果表明,蒸汽调节阀组合式迷宫套筒具有良好的流通能力,并且阀门振动频率远大于阀门振动幅值最大处的频率,表明阀门具有很好的抗振性。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of steam regulating valve of moisture separator reheater system in nuclear power plant.The flow capacity and flow induced vibration of steam regulating valve are simulated by Fluent software,and compared with the corresponding test results.The simulation and test results show that the combined labyrinth sleeve of steam control valve has good flow capacity,and the vibration frequency of the valve is much greater than the frequency at the maximum vibration amplitude of the valve,indicating that the valve has good seismic resistance.
