摘 要:某核电汽轮机在制造阶段,采用激光跟踪仪,在无转子状态下,即在缸体与转子无需组合装配的情况下,通过TCCS测量方法进行虚拟建模,完成全实缸状态通流间隙测量和调整,实现转子不参与汽缸组装,与缸体可独立交付。在实践的基础上,对TCCS测量工艺进行了详细的分析,该测量工艺的成功实践和应用,可提高汽轮机安装精度,降低现场设备就位时的吊装次数,缩短安装工期。为TCCS测量方法在后续项目汽轮机制造阶段的应用提供借鉴意义。In the turbine manufacturing stage of one nuclear power plant,laser tracker is used to conduct virtual modeling based on TCCS measurement method in the condition of rotor-free state,i.e.,under the condition of no combined assembly of cylinder and rotor,to measure and adjust the flow clearance in full cylinder state,so that the rotor and cylinder can be delivered independently.On the basis of engineering practice,the TCCS measurement technology is analyzed in detail in this paper.The successful practice and application of the measurement technology can improve the installation accuracy of steam turbines,reduce the lifting times during installation onsite,and shorten the installation schedule.It provides reference for the application of TCCS measurement method in turbine manufacturing stage of subsequent projects in the future.
