摘  要:1Cr10Co6MoVNbN钢是一种新型马氏体型不锈钢,该钢是在1Cr13马氏体不锈钢基础上,通过添加Co、Mo、V、Nb等多种点阵参数比铁大、熔点比铁高的合金元素,引起铁的点阵畸变进行强化,合金元素的添加,提高了铁素体基体的再结晶温度,增加原子间结合力,同时弥散析出的难溶解碳化物和氮化物等化合物强化了基体。采取1060℃、1090℃、1120℃、1150℃等不同热处理温度对1Cr10Co6MoVNbN钢进行调质处理后,测试力学性能和观察材料的微观组织,实验结果表明,1Cr10Co6MoVNbN钢经过1120℃淬火调质后,该钢能够满足力学性能R_(p0.2)≥880MPa,R_(m)≥1000MPa,A_(ku2)≥39J,晶粒度大于3级的性能指标。1Cr10Co6MoVNbN steel is a new type of martensitic stainless steel.Based on 1Cr13 martensitic stainless steel,the steel is strengthened by adding Co,Mo,V,Nb,and ather alloying elements with larger lattice parameters and higher melting point thaniron.The addition of alloying elements can increase the recrystallization temperature of ferrite matrix,increase the bonding force between alloy and ferrite,and at the same time,improve the mechanical properties of the steel The matrix is strengthened by dispersed and insoluble carbides and nitrides.In this paper,1Cr10Co6MoVNbN steel was quenched and tempered at 1060℃,1090℃,1120℃,1150℃to test the mechanical properties and observe the microstructure of the material.The experimental results show that 1Cr10Co6MoVNbN steel quenched and tempered at 1120℃can meet the mechanical properties of R_(p0.2)≥880MPa,R_(m)≥1000MPa,A_(ku2)≥39J,the grain size of more than grade 3.
