居住区室外公共活动场所适老性设计举措

摘　　要：国内人口老龄化不断加剧,居家式养老成为当前主要的养老模式。针对居家式养老模式下老年人的生活特征与主要需求,分析了居住区室外公共活动场所适老性举措现状。以居住区室外公共活动场所活动为研究对象,从满足“老人的步行适宜范围”的居住区规划设计角度出发,对居住区公共庭院提出三种相应设计模式,即“安静型庭院”“社交型庭院”“复合型庭院”类型;并从人口政策及地域差异带来的变化做出发展预测,期望创造更适合老年人日常生活与活动的居住区室外公共活动场所,提升老年人的养老生活品质。The aging of the population in China is becoming more and more serious,and home-based care has become the main supporting mode for the elderly.According to the living characteristics and main needs of the elderly in the family old-age care mode,from the perspective of setting outdoor public activity places in residential areas,this paper puts forward some thought on the countermeasures of design so as to create outdoor residential spaces suitable for the daily life and activities of the elderly.
