摘　　要：在道路日常养护工程中,影响项目目标实现的风险点是多种多样的。本文通过对近年来道路铣刨加铺养护工程中各风险点的总结,对可能产生影响正常施工的因素进行分析,从组织管理、技术管理、施工控制等方面提出具体解决措施,从而全面提升施工质量与效率。In the daily road maintenance project,there are many kinds of risk points that affect the realization of project objectives.Based on the summary of the risk points in the road milling and paving maintenance project in recent years,this paper analyzes the factors that may affect the normal construction,and puts forward specific solutions from the aspects of organization management,technical management and construction control,so as to comprehensively improve the construction quality and efficiency.
