摘  要:羟氯扎胺属于水杨酰苯胺类抗寄生虫类药物,主要用于牛、绵羊、山羊体内肝片吸虫的防治。左旋咪唑属于合成噻唑类化合物的衍生物,用于动物体内线虫的治疗以及免疫能力的增强。将这两种高效、低毒的化学类抗寄生虫药物联合应用,能够实现吸虫和线虫的同时控制,扩大抗虫谱,提高药效。本文就羟氯扎胺左旋咪唑复方制剂及其联合用药的临床药效、毒理学、含量分析方法、药代动力学以及残留消除研究进行综述,以期为相关复方制剂在国内的开发及应用提供参考。Oxyclozanide is an anti-parasitic drug of the salicylanilide and is mainly used for the control of liver flukes in cattle and sheep.Levamisole is a derivative of synthetic thiazole compound used for the treatment of nematodes in animals and for immune enhancement.The combination of the these two highly-effective,low-toxicity chemical antiparasitic drugs can achieve simultaneous control of trematodes and nematodes,expanding the spectrum of anthelmintic activity and improving efficacy.This paper reviews oxyclozanide-levamisole compounded formulations,clinical efficacy in combined treatment,toxicology,content analysis methods,pharmacokinetics and residue elimination studies,with a view to providing a reference for the development and application of related compounded formulations in China.
