摘　　要：糖尿病高危足是指糖尿病患者没有活动性溃疡,但存在周围神经病变,伴或不伴足畸形或外周动脉疾病,或曾有足溃疡病史,或下肢或足有(或部分)截肢史。糖尿病高危足的防护方向为控制糖尿病足风险因素,延缓糖尿病足进展。本文就糖尿病高危足的定义、高危足患者识别、防护措施等方面进行综述,旨在为临床护理工作提供依据。Diabetic high-risk feet are defined as diabetic patients without active ulcers but with peripheral neuropathy,with or without foot deformity or peripheral arterial disease,or with a history of foot ulcers,or with a history of(or partial)amputation of the lower extremity or foot.The protection direction of high-risk diabetic foot is to control the risk factors of diabetic foot and delay the progression of diabetic foot.This article reviews the definition,identification,and protective measures of diabetic high-risk foot,so as to provide a basis for nursing practice.
