摘　　要：目的探讨动机性访谈在全髋关节置换术(THR)患者康复训练在中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年1月—2020年5月阜阳市人民医院收治的75例THR患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=37)。对照组给予THR术后常规康复训练指导,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用6次动机性访谈,干预周期为3个月。于随访第6个月,采用中文版康复自我效能感量表(SER)和中文版Harris髋关节评分量表评估干预效果。结果干预后观察组患者中文版SER总分及各维度得分、中文版Harris髋关节评分量表总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论动机性访谈能够提高THR患者康复训练的自我效能感,提高其锻炼依从性,促进患者术后髋关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of motivational interviewing in rehabilitation training for patients undergoing total hip replacement(THR).Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 75 THR patients who were admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected.They were divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=37)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training guidance after THR,and the observation group was combined with 6 motivational interviews on the basis of the control group,and the intervention cycle was 3 months.At the 6th month of follow-up,Chinese version of Self-Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(SER)and Chinese version of Harris Hip Scale were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results The total scores and scores of all dimensions of Chinese version of SER and Chinese version of Harris Hip Scale in the observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Motivational interviewing can improve the self-efficacy of rehabilitation training in THR patients,improve their exercise compliance,and promote the recovery of postoperative hip function.
