摘　　要：罪犯的释放是调节社会安全的一个重要枢纽,对罪犯释放制度的科学设计和有效落实是社会安全治理的关键环节之一。通过对古代罪犯释放中的暂行释放和具保释放,民国时期罪犯释放的出监教育和安全管控,新中国罪犯释放的留场就业和安置帮教等史料的梳理,考证我国罪犯释放的变迁过程,提炼历史上罪犯释放中的改造效果、释放方式、出监教育、刑释安置、释后管控等核心内容,为完善我国罪犯释放制度提供经验。The release of criminals is an important hub for regulating social security. The scientific design and effective implementation of the criminal release system is one of the key links of social security governance. By combing the historical materials such as the temporary release and guaranteed release in the release of ancient criminals, the out of prison education and safety control of the release of criminals in the period of the Republic of China, the on-site employment and legal path of the release of criminals in New China, this paper examines the change process of the release of criminals in China, and refines the core contents of the release of criminals in history: transformation effect, release mode, education before release, placement after release,control after release, etc., to provide experience for improving China’s criminal release system.
