青少年社区矫正对象社会融入的困境与出路——以社会支持网络为视角

摘　　要：社区矫正是预防和补救青少年违法犯罪的重要途径。青少年社区矫正对象在矫正的过程中面临着社会融入的诸多问题,如家庭环境不良、学业或者就业中断、经济状况窘迫、社交断裂或者错位、社会保障缺失、心理承受能力差等。建立稳固的、运行良好的社会支持网络是解决这些困境的有效途径。青少年社会支持网络宏观上由官方社会支持与非官方支持构成,微观上由政府相关职能部门、家庭、学校、亲朋好友、邻里乡亲、志愿者、社会组织与企事业单位等社会力量构成。为建立健全青少年社区矫正对象的社会支持网络,应提高青少年矫正工作者的专业素质,改善青少年矫正对象的家庭氛围,创造宽松和谐的社区舆论和人文环境,加强政府职能部门之间的协作与配合,并开展适合青少年的特色矫正项目,形成各方面的合力,确保青少年矫正对象顺利融入社会。Community correction is an important way to prevent and remedy juvenile delinquency. In the process of juvenile correction, the teenagers are facing many problems of social integration, such as bad family relationships, interruption of studies or work, short of money, socializing problems and so on. Establishing a stable social support network is an effective way to solve the above difficulties. The social support network contains the government, family, school, friends, neighbors, volunteers, social organizations etc. In order to establish the social support network, we should improve the experience of professional officer as well as gave them more support from government, community and family. Juvenile community correction programs are also good ways to give them more supports, and carry out characteristic correction projects suitable for teenagers to form a joint force in all aspects to ensure the smooth integration of teenagers into society.
