摘　　要：通过自媒体链的传播与推送,公安现场执法问题便不再局限于执法者与被执法者之间,也不再局限于某个地区的警情范围之内,而是被放大在全媒体社交镜头之下,形成线上线下相互交融、发酵、延伸的执法类网络舆情,持续给智慧新警务背景下公开化、透明化的公安现场执法,带来新的风险点和压力阀。提出并关注现场执法问题,有效解读和剖析智慧新警务背景下公安现场执法面临的新态势,对自媒体时代公安现场执法问题的规制,具有重要的意义。Dissemination and push through the self-media chain, the problem of public security on-site law enforcement is no longer limited to the law enforcers and the law enforcers, nor is it limited to the police situation in a certain area, but is magnified under the all-media social lens, forming a law enforcement network public opinion that blends, ferments and extends online and offline, and continues to bring new risk points and pressure valves to the open and transparent public security on-site law enforcement under the background of smart new policing. Putting forward and paying attention to on-site law enforcement issues, and effectively interpreting and analyzing the new situation facing public security on-site law enforcement under the background of smart new policing, are of great significance to the regulation of public security on-site law enforcement issues in the era of self-media.
