地域文化视域下旧工业建筑空间环境的更新设计研究--以沈阳铁西1905文创园为例

摘　　要：旧工业建筑的更新设计是当代社会各界所高度关注的问题域。近年来,沈阳市从尊重地域文化、传承工业历史文脉、发展文化创意产业、旧工业建筑再生利用等多视域出发,一批由旧工业建筑更新设计而成的文创园相继落地,从而带动了地区经济和文化创意产业的再兴发展。从地域文化理论视域出发,以沈阳铁西区老工业基地的兴亡盛衰为切入点,梳理旧工业建筑空间环境的演变脉络。以沈阳铁西1905文创园为研究对象,阐析其更新设计策略,冀望为旧工业建筑空间环境的更新设计提供借鉴思路与发展方向。The renewal design of old industrial buildings is a problem area that is highly concerned by all walks of life in the contemporary society.In recent years,from the perspective of maintaining respect to the regional culture,inheriting the historical context of industry,developing cultural and creative industries,and reusing old industrial buildings,Shenyang has successively implemented the cultural and creative parks designed through the renovation of old industrial buildings,thus promoting the revitalization and development of regional economy and cultural and creative industries.From the perspective of regional culture theory,this paper takes the rise and fall of the old industrial base in Tiexi District of Shenyang as the starting point and teases out the evolution of the space environment of the old industrial buildings.Taking Tiexi 1905 Cultural and Creative Park in Shenyang as the research object,the paper explains its renewal design strategy,hoping to provide reference ideas and development direction for the renewal design of the space environment of the old industrial buildings.
