摘  要:核桃具有极佳的经济价值与保健效果,富含人体必需的营养物质和微量元素,在国内国际市场均具有极大的消费潜力。对核桃基因组进行研究,获得遗传序列信息,有助于核桃重要农艺性状的定位与克隆,剖析复杂性状的遗传机制,对开发利用核桃优质种质资源和培育、改良核桃品种具有重要意义。综述了基因组学在核桃上的进展,包括核桃的全基因组测序技术和叶绿体测序技术的更新与应用,利用基因组学在核桃中进行的SNP等分子标记的开发、QTL定位结合遗传连锁图谱与全基因组联合分析方法进行的数量性状基因定位、核桃的起源演化等问题研究,并对未来核桃等果树基因组学的应用前景进行展望。Juglans have excellent economic value and health effects,rich in essential nutrients and trace elements to the human body,and have great consumer potential in both domestic and international markets.The genome of Juglans were studied to obtain genetic sequence information,which can help locate and clone important agronomic traits of Juglans and dissect the genetic mechanism of complex traits,which is important for developing and utilizing high-quality germplasm resources of Juglans and breeding and improving its varieties.This paper reviews the progress of genomics in Juglans,including the update and application of whole genome sequencing technology and chloroplast sequencing technology;and development of molecular markers such as SNPs in walnuts using genomics,QTL localization combined with genetic linkage mapping and combined genome-wide analysis methods for quantitative trait gene localization,and the origin and evolution of Juglans using genomics;likewise provides an outlook on the future application of genomics of Juglans and other fruit trees.
