不同矮化中间砧对天红2号苹果幼树生长结果的影响

摘　　要：以嫁接在矮化中间砧244、黄6、24-5、53、SH40上的天红2号为试材,对不同砧穗组合的树体生长、果实产量及品质进行了测定与分析。结果表明:以24-5和53为中间砧的天红2号树体较矮,新梢年生长量较小,以53为中间砧的中短枝比率最高,长枝比率最低;以SH40为中间砧的树体较以244和黄6为中间砧的树体小。以SH40和53为中间砧的天红2号单株产量显著高于其他处理。按照中间砧排序,天红2号单果重在250g以上的占比由高到低依次为53>SH40>24-5>244>黄6;以53为中间砧的果实维生素C含量、果皮和果肉类黄酮含量均显著高于其他中间砧的天红2号。通过隶属函数法得出,按照中间砧排序,根据天红2号树体长势和果实品质等综合评价由高到低依次为53>SH40>黄6>244>24-5。Using‘Tianhong 2’grafted on dwarf interstocks 244,Huang 6,24-5,53 and SH40 as test materials,the tree growth,fruit yield and quality of different rootstocks combinations were measured and analyzed.The results showed that‘Tianhong 2’with 24-5 and 53 as interstocks was shorter and the annual growth of new shoots was smaller.The ratio of medium and short branches with 53 as interstocks was the highest and the ratio of long branches was the lowest;The tree with SH40 as the interstocks was smaller than those with 244 and Huang 6 as the interstocks.The yield per plant of‘Tianhong 2’with SH40 and 53 as interstocks was significantly higher than that of other treatments.According to the order of interstocks,the proportion of single fruit weight of‘Tianhong 2’above 250 g was 53>SH40>24-5>244>Huang 6 from high to low;The fruit solid acid ratio,vitamin C content,peel and fruit flavonoid content of 53 were significantly higher than those of‘Tianhong 2’.According to the comprehensive evaluation of tree growth and fruit quality of‘Tianhong 2’,the order from high to low was 53>SH40>Huang 6>244>24-5.
