摘 要:以新疆常见的5种蔷薇科果树为试材,采用离体枝条接种法和梨幼果针刺接种法,比较5种果树对梨火疫病的抗性。结果表明:5种蔷薇科果树在枝条和果实的抗性表现一致,最好的是海棠,为高抗品种;其次为山楂和苹果,为中抗品种;最差的是杜梨和库尔勒香梨,为低抗品种。不同种蔷薇科植物在离体枝条与幼果上对Erwinia amylovora菌株的抗病性鉴定,对今后深入揭示蔷薇科植物抗病分子机制有重要意义。The resistance of five common Rosaceae fruit trees were compared.The results showed that the resistance of the five species of Rosaceae fruit trees was consistent in the branch and fruit resistance.The best was Malus,which was a high-resistant variety;the second was Crataegus pinnatifida Bge and Malus pumila Mill,which were medium-resistant varieties;and the worst was Pyrus betulifolia Bunge and Pyrus spp.low-resistant varieties.Identification of resistance to Erwinia amylovora on in vitro branches and young fruits of different rosaceae species is of great significance to further reveal the molecular mechanism of resistance in rosaceae plants.
