摘  要:针对空间太阳能电站地面演示系统,提出了一种空间大型浮空器组阵结构,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立其桁架结构的三维模型并进行结构屈曲分析,判断桁架结构的稳定性。以第1阶临界屈曲载荷为约束条件,对桁架梁截面的型材进行尺寸结构优化。通过响应曲面分析和多目标遗传优化算法找到设计优化点,使优化后的桁架结构在保证结构稳定的前提下实现了轻量化设计,进而提高了系统的载重能力。Aiming at the ground demonstration system of the space solar power station,a large space aerostat array structure is proposed.Finite element software ANSYS is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the truss structure of the array structure and perform the structural buckling analysis in order to determine the stability of the truss structure.With the first-order critical buckling load as the constraint condition,the size and structure of the truss beam section is optimized.The design optimization points are found through response surface analysis and multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm,so that the optimized truss structure realizes the lightweight design under the premise of structural stability,and the load capacity of the system is therefore improved.
