摘 要:目前天线骨架的设计主要从功能层面出发,凭借设计经验得到天线骨架,在此基础上再进行仿真校核和局部补强。这种骨架虽然能够满足设计要求,但往往得不到最优的结构,设计冗余度很高。文中以某天线为例,在总体布局的基础上进行传力路径优化,得到主传力路径,再进行骨架几何模型重构和尺寸优化,最后对优化后的骨架进行力学校核,最终得到最优的天线骨架。Currently the antenna frame is mainly designed on the functional level based on designer experiences before mechanical simulation and local reinforcement. Although the antenna frame can meet the design requirements, it is not the optimal often because of the high design margin. Taking an antenna frame as an example, in this paper the force transmission path is optimized based on the antenna scheme before geometry reconstruction and size optimization, the optimal antenna frame is obtained after simulation checking at last.
