摘  要:【目的】探索高校学报稳步提升学术质量的发展路径。【方法】通过分析前人文献、一些SCI收录期刊的办刊方向与学术地位以及部分高校学报的办刊现状,总结出学术期刊从综合到专业再到更高层次的综合的螺旋上升式发展规律。【结果】针对塔基到塔体再到塔尖的不同层次的学报,分别提出专栏到专辑再到专刊的不同阶段的专业化发展策略,分析各阶段可能遇到的问题,探讨解决方案,给出参考实例。【结论】专业化几乎是提升普通综合类期刊学术水平的最佳途径。从专栏到专辑再到专刊的专业化分步走战略是一条可以稳步提升学报学术水平的发展路径,具有风险低、操作容易、可控性高等优点。[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the development path of university journals to steadily enhance academic quality. [Methods] By analyzing the previous literature, the aims & scope and academic status of some SCI journals, and operating situation of some university journals, this study summarized the spiral development law of academic journals from diversification to specialization and to higher diversification. [Findings] This study proposes professional development strategies(from special column to special issue and to special journal) for different levels of journals. Then problems that may be encountered are analyzed, and solutions and examples are given herein. [Conclusions] Specialization is an optimal method to improve the academic quality of comprehensive university journals. The stepwise strategy from special column to special issue and to special journal is effective to enhance the academic quality of university journal with low risk, easy operation, and high controllability.
