摘　　要：目的:探讨CO_(2)与Nd:YAP激光治疗单纯型舌下腺囊肿的临床效果。方法:将136例单纯型舌下腺囊肿患者分为A组和B组,A组63例采用CO_(2)激光治疗;B组73例采用Nd:YAP激光治疗。比较两组治疗后总有效率、治疗时间、术后反应VAS评分及复发率。结果:B组总有效率为94.5%明显高于A组84.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗时间、术后反应VAS评分无明显差异;B组的复发率为5.48%低于A组7.94%,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Nd:YAP激光治疗单纯型舌下腺囊肿的效果优于CO_(2)激光治疗。Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of CO_(2) and Nd:YAP laser treatment on simple ranula.Methods:136 patients with simple sublingual gland cyst were clivided into Group A and B.Group A(63 cases)received CO_(2) laser treatment.Patients(73 cases)in Group B received Nd:YAP laser treatment.The total effective rate,treatment duration,postoperative response and relapse of the two procedures were assessed.Results:The total effective rate of Group B was 94.5%,which was obviously higher than 84.1%in Group A,and the difference was significantcp<0.05).However,the treatment duration,VAS score and post-operation response between them had no significant difference.The relapse rate of Group B was 5.48%,lower than 7.94%in Group A the difference of relapse rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Nd:YAP laser is better than CO_(2) laser on treatment of simple ranula on account of a higher effective rate.
