电脑中频电疗仪联合八段锦锻炼对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛及功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨电脑中频电疗仪联合八段锦锻炼对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛与功能康复的影响。方法:选取86例神经根型颈椎病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加电脑中频电疗仪联合八段锦锻炼,对比两组疼痛与颈椎功能。结果:观察组干预4周后疼痛评估指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现时疼痛强度评分(PPI)、颈椎功能残障指数表(NDI)评分低于对照组,椎前屈活动度大于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电脑中频电疗仪联合八段锦锻炼能够减轻神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛症状,扩大颈椎活动范围,从而改善颈椎功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy combined with Baduanjin exercise on pain and functional rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated were selected and randomized into two groups,each with 43 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was treated with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument combined with Baduanjin exercise on the basis of routine nursing.The pain and cervical spine function were compared between patients in the two groups.Results:The pain assessment index(PRI),visual analogue score(VAS),current pain intensity score(PPI),and cervical disability index(NDI)scores of the observation group after 4 weeks of intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the flexion range of the observation group were greater than that of the control group,which were of statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument combined with Baduanjin exercise can relieve the pain symptoms,expand the range of motion of the cervical spine and improve the cervical spine function of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
