摘　　要：研究生生源质量是研究生培养质量的基石。本文在界定研究生生源质量含义的基础上,分析了普通医学院校研究生生源质量现状,剖析了导致普通医学院校研究生生源质量现状的原因,探讨了提升普通医学院校研究生生源质量的对策,即要强化特色学科建设,增强普通医学院校实力;探索生源选拔方法,提高优质生源选取能力;建立动态调整模式,激发普通院校内生动力;加大精准宣传力度,扩大普通医学院校知名度;强化招生宏观调控,发挥管理部门和院校能动性。The postgraduate matriculate quality is the cornerstone to guarantee the cultivation quality.On the basis of defining the meaning of postgraduate matriculate quality,this paper analyzes the current situation and the causes of postgraduate matriculate quality in general medical universities,and probed into the countermeasures to improve the postgraduate matriculate quality,that is,it is necessary for local universities to heighten the construction of characteristic disciplines and enhance the strength of school-running.Besides,the paper investigates the methods of selecting students and improving the ability of selecting high-quality students.Therefore,it is important for local universities to establish a dynamic adjustment mode to stimulate the endogenous power,improve accurate publicity and expand the popularity of local medical universities.What’s more,we’re supposed to strengthen the macro-control of enrollment and give full play to the initiative of management departments and universities.
