摘  要:为探究调环酸钙和缩节胺对赣南脐橙晚秋梢的抑制效果,以2年生纽荷尔脐橙幼树为材料,在第1批秋梢老熟、晚秋梢尚未萌发时,叶面喷施植物生长延缓剂调环酸钙(75、100、125、150 mg/L)和缩节胺(50、75、100、125 mg/L),另喷施多效唑(750 mg/L)进行控梢效果对比,在晚秋梢老熟后调查了晚秋梢的数量、长度、节间长度、粗度、叶片数、叶片SPAD值,并统计了晚秋梢长度分布。结果表明:叶面喷施150 mg/L调环酸钙处理显著抑制了晚秋梢抽发和伸长生长,促进了晚秋梢叶片SPAD值增高,晚秋梢老熟后长度集中在0~10 cm,晚秋梢数量以及长度>10 cm的晚秋梢比率均低于750 mg/L多效唑处理,具有较好的控梢效果;75 mg/L缩节胺抑制晚秋梢伸长生长的效果不及750 mg/L多效唑和150 mg/L调环酸钙。To investigate the inhibitory effect of prohexadione-calciumand mepiquat chloride on the late-autumn shoots of Gannan navel orange,two-years-old‘Newhall’navel orange saplings were used as materials.When the first batch of autumn shoots were matured and late-autumn shoots had not germinated,different concentrations of prohexadione-calcium(75,100,125,150 mg/L)and mepiquat chloride(50,75,100,125 mg/L)were applied by spraying,and paclobutrazol(750 mg/L)were applied in order to compare the effect of controlling shoots growth.After maturation,the number,length,internode length,thickness,leaf number,leaf chlorophyll SPAD value of late autumn shoots were investigated,and the distribution of shoot length was calculated.The results showed that the application of 150 mg/L prohexadione-calcium had a better effects,which significantly inhibited the germination and lengthening growth of late-autumn shoots,and increased the leaves SPAD value,furthermore,the shoots length after maturation was concentrated in 0~10 cm.Compared to the 750 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment,the number of late-autumn shoots,and the proportion of late-autumn shoots which were more than 10 cm length were both decreased in the 150 mg/L prohexadione-calcium treatment.While,the effect of inhibiting shoots lengthening growth was not as obvious as the 750 mg/L paclobutrazol and the 150 mg/L prohexadione-calcium treatment.
