摘 要:以黄果西番莲为试验材料,测定不同钾浓度下的西番莲根系生长形态指标和内源激素动态变化规律,以期为合理添加钾元素、促进西番莲组培苗生长提供理论依据。结果表明,随着基质中钾浓度的升高,西番莲组培苗根系形态指标发生改变,0.200 mol/L钾浓度处理西番莲组培苗总根长、根表面积、根总体积和根尖数均最高,而0.020 mol/L钾浓度处理根直径最大。随着钾浓度的提高,西番莲根系和叶片中的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、细胞分裂素(CTK)和油菜素内酯(BR)的含量增加,脱落酸(ABA)含量降低。当钾浓度升高到0.500 mol/L,根系的直径变粗,根系长度缩短,内源激素IAA、GA、CTK和BR含量开始下降,ABA含量升高。表明在不同钾浓度的影响下,西番莲组培苗内源激素含量和根系的生长发生改变。综合来看,0.200 mol/L钾浓度处理西番莲组培苗的根系发育最好,更适合在大田移栽。With yellow passion fruit as the experimental material,different concentrations of potassium were added to the medium,the root growth morphological indexes and the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones of passionfruit under different potassium levels were measured in order to provide references for promoting the growth of passion fruit tissue cultured seedlings.The morphological indexes of passion fruit root had changed with the increase of potassium levels in the substrate,the total root length,surface area,total volume and number of root tips were the highest under the potassium levels of 0.200 mol/L,but the root diameter was the thickest under the potassium concentration of 0.020 mol/L.The contents of IAA,GA,CTK and BR in roots and leaves increased with the increase of potassium levels,while the content of ABA decreased.Under the potassium levels of 0.500 mol/L,the root diameter were thicker,the root length were shortened,the contents of endogenous hormones IAA,GA,CTK and BR were decreased,and the content of ABA increased.The results showed that passion fruit affected the growth of roots and the content of endogenous hormones under different potassium levels.Overall,the root development of passion fruit tissue cultured seedlings was the best under the concentration of 0.200 mol/L potassium,which was more suitable for outdoor transplantation.
