西番莲不同冠层叶片叶绿素荧光特性比较

摘　　要：对西番莲柱状栽培模式下不同冠层叶片叶绿素荧光特性及结果量进行了比较研究。结果表明:在日变化过程中,柱状栽培西番莲3个冠层叶片叶绿素荧光参数Yield和qP值均呈早晚高、中午低的变化趋势,qN值变化趋势与其相反,外层叶片的Yield、ETR、qP和qN值全天始终保持相对较高的水平;外层叶片的电子传递速率和光合热耗散能力比中层、里层高,外层叶片光响应曲线ETR值稳定且高于中层和里层,光饱和度为1000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),外层受胁迫后恢复能力强,能维持较高的光合活性。柱状栽培西番莲外层叶片在适应强光、抵御光抑制破坏能力方面明显优于中层和里层,其主要结果层在外层。Under the columnar cultivation mode of Passiflora edulis,the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and fruiting quantity of different canopy leaves of Passiflora edulis were compared.The result showed that chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Passiflora edulis during the diurnal change,the Yield and qP values of the three canopy leaves were high in the morning and evening,and low at noon,and the qN value changed in the opposite trend.The Yield,ETR,qP and qN values of the outer layer remain relatively high throughout the day.The electron transfer rate and photosynthetic heat dissipation capacity of the outer layer are higher than those of the middle and the inner layers.The ETR value of the light response curve of the outer leaves was stable and higher than that of the middle and the inner leaves.The light saturation was 1000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),which indicates that the outer layer has a strong recovery ability after being stressed and can maintain a high photosynthetic activity.In addition,the outer layer was obviously superior to the middle and the inner layers in adapting to strong light and resisting damage from light.The effective fruiting branches of Passiflora edulis in the columnar cultivation mode are basically in the outer layer.
