摘　　要：由于纸板生产中要添加各种辅助化学品,随着废纸循环次数的增加,,造成废纸中胶黏物含量逐步增加,对造纸机的稳定运行、成品纸质量造成了一定的影响。为缓解这一现状,在废纸制浆时通过添加胶黏物控制酶,添加点经过和供应商沟通确认后,定在碎浆机卸料泵入口、长纤热分散调浓后管道和中纤热分散调浓管道,用来控制胶黏物的量。With the increase of recycling times of waste paper and the addition of various auxiliary chemicals in waste paper,the content of stickies in waste paper increases gradually,which has a certain impact on the stable operation of paper machine and the quality of finished paper.In order to alleviate this situation,the workshop controls the enzyme by adding stickies at the source of the pulping workshop.After communication and confirmation with the supplier,the addition point is set at the inlet of the discharge pump of the pulper,the rear pipeline after long fiber thermal dispersion concentration and the middle fiber thermal dispersion concentration pipeline to control the amount of stickies.
