摘  要:太原植物园温室结构体系为胶合木网壳结构,胶合木构件全部采用欧洲胶合木,材质等级为GL-28h,与国内胶合木材性有差异,胶合木材料参数及设计强度均需要通过试验确定。对胶合木分别进行了顺纹抗拉、顺纹抗压和横纹抗压试验,得到试件的弹性模量、比例极限强度、极限强度;进一步计算得到规格材材料的强度标准值,最终确定胶合木的强度等级。此试验方法可作为进口胶合木材料参数选取和评级的方法,试验结果可作为工程设计的依据。The greenhouse structure system of Taiyuan Botanical Garden is a glued laminated timber reticulated shell structure.All the glued laminated timber components are imported from Europe.The material grade is GL-28 h,which is different from glued laminated timber in China,the material parameters and design strength of the glulam need to be determined through experiments.In order to obtain the elastic modulus,proportional ultimate strength and ultimate strength of the specimens,the tensile ultimate strength of the specimens,the longitudinal tensile test,longitudinal compressive test and transverse compressive test of glued laminated timber were carried out respectively.Furthermore,the strength standard value of the standard material was obtained,and the strength grade of the glued laminated timber was finally determined.The test method can be used to select and grade the parameters of imported glued laminated timber material,and the test results can be used as the basis of engineering design.
