摘 要:为了方便现场施工,提出了一种箍筋环扣连接预制混凝土新型叠合梁。设计制作了不同剪跨比的4个预制混凝土叠合梁试件(包括"凹"形和"凸"形叠合梁各2个)和2个现浇对比梁试件,进行单调集中加载试验。通过对试件的破坏形式、荷载-挠度曲线、钢筋应变等进行分析,系统地研究了箍筋制作工艺以及箍筋连接长度等因素对叠合梁受剪性能的影响。试验结果表明:各试件均发生剪切破坏,环扣连接箍筋能有效传递梁内剪力;"凸"形叠合梁的纵筋应变分布与现浇梁基本一致,"凹"形叠合梁与现浇梁的纵筋应变差异较大;新型叠合梁的破坏荷载和初始刚度分别比现浇梁平均提高约7%和4%;"凹"形叠合梁在构件受力性能、制作工艺和现场施工便利性等方面均优于"凸"形叠合梁。In order to facilitate on-site construction,a new precast concrete composite beam connected by stirrup ring buckle is proposed.Four precast concrete composite beam specimens(including two"concave"shape composite beams and two"convex"shape composite beam)and two cast-in-place comparison beam specimens with different shear span ratios were designed and fabricated to carry out the monotonic concentrated loading test.Based on the analysis of the failure mode,the load-deflection curve and the stirrup strain of the specimens,the influence of the fabrication technology of the stirrup and the length of the stirrup connection on the shear performance of the composite beam was systematically studied.The test results show that shear failure occur in all specimens.The ring buckle connection stirrup can effectively transfer the shear force in the beam.The longitudinal reinforcement strain distribution of"convex"composite beam is basically the same as that of cast-in-place beam,and the longitudinal reinforcement strain of"concave"composite beam is quite different from that of cast-in-place beam.The failure load and initial stiffness of new composite beams are about 7%and 4%higher than that of cast-in-place beam.The"concave"shape composite beam is superior to the"convex"shape composite beam in terms of mechanical properties,manufacturing technology and field construction convenience.
