摘 要:预应力碳纤维增强基复合材料(CFRP)筋型钢混凝土结构是一种采用预应力CFRP筋代替普通预应力筋的新型结构。基于平截面假定与《组合结构设计规范》(JGJ 138—2016),推导出了预应力CFRP筋型钢混凝土结构受拉开裂荷载计算公式;通过7个预应力CFRP筋型钢混凝土试件受拉试验的试验结果与该开裂荷载计算公式计算结果的对比,验证了该开裂荷载计算公式的准确性。同时,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对预应力CFRP筋型钢混凝土构件进行模拟分析,并得出基于加载偏心距与预应力张拉水平两种参数下的影响因子拟合面函数。结果表明,试件开裂荷载总体趋势为随偏心距的增大而减小,随预应力张拉水平的增大而增大。该拟合面函数与受拉开裂荷载计算公式或者现场试验配合使用,可为实际工程设计提供一定的便利。Steel reinforced concrete structure with prestressed carbon fibre-reinforced polymer(CFRP)reinforcement is a new type of structure which uses prestressed CFRP reinforcement instead of ordinary prestressed reinforcement.Based on the assumption of plane section and Code for design of composite structures(JGJ 138—2016),the calculation formula of cracking load of steel reinforced concrete structure with prestressed CFRP reinforcement under tension was derived,and the calculation formula accuracy of the cracking load was verified by comparing the tensile test results of 7 steel reinforced concrete specimens with prestressed CFRP reinforcement with the calculation results of the calculation formula of cracking load.At the same time,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate and analyze the steel reinforced concrete members with prestressed CFRP reinforcement,and the influence factors fitting surface function was obtained based on the two parameters of the loading eccentricity and the prestress tension level.The results show that the overall tendency of cracking load of the specimen decreases with the increase of the eccentricity,and increases with the increase of the prestress tension level.The fitting surface function is used in conjunction with the tensile cracking load calculation formula or field test to provide certain convenience for actual engineering design.
