摘 要:对9片砌体墙进行拟静力试验,建立钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆面层交叉条带加固砌体墙的抗剪承载力公式并研究组合墙体受力机理。试验表明:在砌体墙单侧或者双侧增设25mm厚、250mm宽的钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆面层可以提高砌体墙抗剪承载力,组合墙体承载力较未加固墙体提高约70%,由于交叉条带对墙体的约束作用使得墙体的延性也有所提高。利用试验数据拟合出加固后墙体的抗剪承载力参考计算公式,为了保证安全,对钢丝绳和聚合物砂浆所承担的抗剪承载力乘以0.9的安全系数,最终数据表明墙体调整后的公式计算值对实际承载力的包络性较好,可在相关的研究分析中作为参考计算公式使用。A pseudo-static test was carried out on 9 masonry walls,the formula for the shear capacity of the masonry wall reinforced by wire rope-polymer mortar surface layer cross strip was established and the force mechanism of the composite wall was studied.The test results show that adding 25 mm thick and 250 mm wide wire rope-polymer mortar surface layer on both sides of the masonry wall can improve the shear capacity of the masonry wall,and the bearing capacity of the composite wall is about 70%higher than that of the unreinforced wall,and the ductility of the wall s is also improved due to the restrictive effect of the cross strip on the wall.The test data was used to fit a reference calculation formula for the shear capacity of the reinforced wall.In order to ensure safety,multiply the shear capacity of the wire rope and polymer mortar by a safety factor of 0.9.The final data show that the adjusted formula calculation value of the wall has a better envelope for the actual bearing capacity,and can be used as a reference calculation formula in related research and analysis.
