利用Excel计算超大型厚壁相贯线参数的方法

摘　　要：海口塔巨型斜撑采用相贯节点的形式和巨柱连接,斜撑(支管)规格2 800×80,目前加工厂的相贯线切割设备不能满足自动切割的要求,需要采用人工放样的方法加工。本文详细阐述了利用Excel强大的计算功能实现精确计算各相贯线参数的方法,为人工放样提供依据。The giant oblique brace of Haikou Tower is connected by intersecting joints and huge columns. The specifications of the oblique brace(branches) are 2 800×80. At present, the intersecting line cutting equipment of the processing factory cannot meet the requirement of automatic cutting, and the manual setting method needs to be adopted. In this paper, the method of accurately calculating the parameters of intersecting lines by using the powerful computing function of Excel is described in detail, which provides the basis for the manual setting.
