摘 要:衢州市某医院直线加速器机房施工中采用P·O 42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、重晶石、重晶砂、缓凝高效减水剂和洁净地下水等多种材料,设计重晶石防辐射混凝土的配合比,研究水灰比、砂率、用水量等因素对重晶石防辐射混凝土的和易性、表观密度和力学性能的影响,优化骨料级配,减缓重骨料高密度引起的分层沉降现象,归纳得出防辐射性能、施工工艺和力学性能最优良的混凝土配合比参数。Many materials were used in construction of linac equipment room in a hospital of Quzhou city, including P·O 42.5 ordinary Portland cement, baryte, set-retarder superplasticizer and clean ground water, etc. This paper designed the mixing proportion of anti-radiant baryte concrete, studied the influence of water-cement ratio, sand content and water content on the workability, apparent density and mechanical property, optimized the aggregate grading and reduced the settlement problem caused by heavy aggregate and high density. Concrete mixing parameters were concluded to realize the best antiradiation property, construction process and mechanical property.
