摘 要:探讨抗震钢筋三大指标(强屈比≥1.25、超强比≤1.30和最大力总延伸率≥9.0%)在提高建筑物整体抗震性能方面的作用及其检测中存在的问题。由于影响手工方法测量最大力总延伸率准确性的因素较多,且对操作要求较高,而引伸计法又受设备限制,故建立最大力总延伸率A_(gt)和超强比R^(0)_(eL)/R_(eL)之间线性相关关系,为由超强比R^(0)_(eL)/R_(eL)粗略估算最大力总延伸率A_(gt)提供可能。This paper discussed the role of three key indexes(yield ratio≥1.25,strength ratio≤1.30 and percentage total elongation at maximum force≥9.0%)played in improving overall seismic performance of building and inspection problems.There are many factors influencing the accuracy of manual measurement of percentage total elongation at maximum force,the manual measurement has high operation requirement and extensometer method suffers from the limitation of equipment,so linear relation between percentage total elongation at maximum force A_(gt)and strength ratio R^(0)_(eL)/R_(eL)was established,providing possibility to use strength ratio R^(0)_(eL)/R_(eL)to roughly estimate percentage total elongation at maximum force A_(gt).
