摘　　要：本文通过对电子信息行业相关团体标准发展历程及我国团体标准的政策体系演变过程进行研究,并以“闪联”作为电子信息行业团体标准的经典案例,探讨其成功的发展经验和模式。同时,分析了当前团体标准存在的共性问题,提出了解决共性问题的粗略构想。最后为电子信息行业计算产业相关社团组织的团体标准发展提供可借鉴思路,并对政府与社会团体等在团体标准建设与发展中发挥的作用提出了一些制度建议。This paper studies the development course of association standards in the electronic information industry and the evolution process of the policy system of association standards in China.Taking the"Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing(IGRS)"as a classic case of association standards in the electronic information industry,it then discusses its successful development experience and model,analyzes the common problems existing in current association standards,and puts forward some ideas to solve the common problems.Finally,it provides reference ideas for the development of association standards of social organizations related to the computing industry in the electronic information industry,and puts forward some institutional suggestions for the role of government and social organizations in the development of association standards.
