摘　　要：《科技成果转化为标准指南》(GB/T 33450-2016)提出了科技成果转化为标准的需求分析、可行性分析以及标准类型与内容的确定,提供了科技成果转化为标准的通用性路径指导。围绕当前气象科技成果转化为技术标准的现实需求,本文基于《指南》要求的契合标准基本属性、满足需求导向和转化可行性3项核心要点的“气象化”应用与改造,构建了气象科技成果转化为技术标准潜力评价指标并进行了指标证实性研究,为进一步推动气象科技成果转化和气象标准化工作提供参考。GB/T 33450-2016,The Guideline for the transformation from scientific and technical(S&T)achievement to standard,defines the demand analysis,feasibility analysis and the determination of the standard type and content for the transformation of S&T achievements into standards.To meet the current requirements for transforming the meteorological S&T achievements into technical standards,a kind of potential assessment indexes is established and verified in this paper.It is based on the three transformation principles of GB/T 33450-2016,which states as fitting the basic attributes of standard,meeting the demand orientation and the feasibility of transformation.Hopefully,it will be beneficial to further promoting the transformation of S&T achievements and meteorological standardization.
