美罗培南在重型脑外伤气管切开术后抗感染治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的观察美罗培南治疗重型脑外伤气管切开术后肺部感染的效果。方法回顾性选取2017-01—2020-01河南科技大学第一附属医院重型脑外伤气管切开术后肺部感染患者80例,依据治疗方法分为美罗培南组(n=40)、头孢他啶组(n=40)2组,分析2组患者的病原菌清除情况、临床疗效。结果美罗培南组患者的病原菌完全清除率显著高于头孢他啶组(P<0.05),替换率、再感染率均显著低于头孢他啶组(P<0.05)。在总有效率方面,美罗培南组为92.5%(37/50),头孢他啶组为70.0%(28/50),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论美罗培南治疗重型脑外伤气管切开术后肺部感染中的效果较头孢他啶好。Objective To investigate the application effect of meropenem in the treatment of pulmonary in⁃fection after tracheotomy in patients with severe brain injury.Methods Totally 80 cases of patients with pulmo⁃nary infection after tracheotomy of severe brain injury in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into merope⁃nem group(n=40)and ceftazidime group(n=40)according to the treatment methods.The pathogen clearances and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total clearance rate of pathogens in the meropenem group was significantly higher than the ceftazidime group(P<0.05),the replacement rate and re⁃infection rate were significantly lower than the ceftazidime group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the merope⁃nem group was 92.5%(37/50)and the ceftazidime group was 70.0%(28/50),the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of meropenem is better than ceftazidime in the treat⁃ment of pulmonary infection after tracheotomy of severe brain injury.
