摘  要:防腐补口是新建管道腐蚀控制的关键程序和薄弱环节。我国管道防腐补口在产品性能和施工质量需要改进。阐述了不同时期管道防腐补口技术发展历程和工程应用情况。总结我国新建管道中热收缩带补口失效形式及原因。从施工质量控制、人员培训和标准规范,提出了保障管道补口质量的建议和措施,以及未来热收缩带补口技术创新的研究方向。Anti-corrosion joint is the key procedure and weak link of corrosion control of new pipeline. The product performance and construction quality of pipeline anti-corrosion joint in China need to be improved. The development process and engineering application of pipeline anti-corrosion joint technology in different periods are expounded. The failure forms and causes of joint coating of heat shrinkable sleeve in new pipelines in China are summarized. From the aspects of construction quality control, personnel training and standards and specifications, suggestions and measures to ensure the quality of pipeline joint are put forward, as well as the research direction of joint technology innovation of heat shrinkable sleeve in the future.
