摘　　要：模拟考试制度是提高住院医师规范化培训(规培)结业考核通过率的重要方式.对规培学员的模拟考试成绩与结业考核成绩进行分析,结果未发现二者之间存在显著相关性,其中暴露出了当前模拟考试制度中存在的问题。因此,有必要展开探讨,进一步优化模拟考试制度和规培制度.The mock examination system is an important way to improve the pass rate of the standardized residents training in hospital.The mock examination scores and the final examination scores of the training students were analyzed,and the results did not find a significant correlation,which exposed the problems existing in the current mock test system.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and further optimize the mock examination system and the standardized residents training in hospital.
