摘　　要：医疗类建筑是现代公共建筑中最为复杂的建筑类别之一,它功能复杂、专业规范限制多,并且受社会发展、医疗改革影响,具有高度的易变性。文章以江苏省肿瘤医院为例,探索实践如何综合地处理复杂外部环境下医院建筑改扩建的一般策略,并结合绿建设计,提出可持续发展策略,创造弹性共生模式。Hospital is one of the most complex building types in modern public buildings.It has complex functions,many professional restrictions,and is highly changeable under the influence of social development and medical reform.Taking Jiangsu Cancer Hospital as an example,this paper explores and practices how to comprehensively deal with the general strategy of hospital building reconstruction and expansion under the complex external environment.Combined with green building design,sustainable development strategy is put forward to create elastic symbiosis mode.
